This is not the place to have your dentures realigned. I told the dentist I had no problem with my top denture it was fine and the bottom denture was just starting to get a little loose and needed a miner adjustment. So I go with out dentures for 5 days, when I get them back I could not believe what they did, the top denture that I told her was fine was totally destroyed and the bottoms even worse. This is the most unprofessional and dreadful place to go to. If you need dentures stay away from here . Never in my life and trust me is been a long and satisfactory life with exception of my teeth I’ve seen people with the doctors title so unprofessional and incompetent as the doctor That suppose to help me and I end up moving to another z dental care without my dentures at the end of 9 months/9 months , no dentures and make you feel dirty because you had beth Teeth . OMG!! Run!! They were nice enough folks, but spend their time working up future plans for dental work for new patients. Mine was 4k for Invisalign, which I have had already!! Cha ching!! I sent my husband for a cleaning, and they not only did not clean his teeth, which is 100% covered under our Aetna Policy, but spent the entire time working up 4K worth of future dental care. The worst. There technicians are not qualified dentists. There product they call dentures are an inferior mold made by laser technology and made of resin. Because they don’t do a mold of your jaw and teeth the computer assigns you a mold closest your true jaw so of course it won’t fit. The fact that they can even operate as a dentist office is proof of the fraud. It’s a corporate scam. The product is inferior and of life altering consequences. You cannot eat, drink or speak with these molds . It’s a scam
DO NOT GO TO HER! SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ORTHO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I had orthodontist work done in my twenties, but I had to end it early since I moved states. I was looking to finish my treatment plan when I moved to Tampa, and found Preserve Dental Care. They were so kind and were able to get me in for my treatment plan almost immediately. This was a good place when it was family owned and operated. Once sold to an investment firm, it soon went into the toilet. I don't know anyone that has anything good to say about them. I was told I needed Invisiline, my information was sent to Invisiline, they told me that I wouldn't be a candidate because I wouldn't receive the desired results. Although the people at this Dentist office are very friendly, I was frustrated with the incompetence of some of the front desk personnel. My insurance changed prior to my appointment, so I made sure to email my updated card to the office as well as give them a call to make sure that my portal was updated and new insurance was verified. When I sat down to get my teeth cleaned, I came to find that my insurance was never verified, resulting in my appointment being delayed by 45 minutes.
