I have to say, my last experience in the Falls at Forward Dental was the worst when getting a cleaning. I was pretty much given a face wash. The water was to be in the mouth not all over my face. When I commented about it she said, that is how I am at home too. To aggressive! No flossing either. As they usually give you a toothbrush, paste & floss she stated do you need them? I said, I pay for this service so I should. Have to change to another hygienist.
I am retired dentist who went to Dr? Bujila there. After 2 bridges, I can only chew with four teeth in my mouth. The right side is too painful to chew with and the left has no bite but for two teeth. I practiced dentistry for 34 years and because of my wife cancer, I had to retire and provide care. There is no professionalism in this doctor, as I told him, his problem was that I knew what was going on because of my education and carrier. I wanted to share the New Patient experience I had today with Caterville Dental. First and foremost, everyone was very courteous and professional. The office is beautiful and offers the latest technology available. I worked with Jennifer as my hygienist, and she was amazing. Dr. Kimbrough was super kind, listens to your concerns and has a gentle touch. I WAS A PATIENT AT THIS LOCATION TO HAVE MY TEETH CLEANED. IT HAD BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAD THEM CLEANEDAND I WAS NOT UP TO SPEED ON CURRENT COST. I KNEW EVERYTHING WAS GOING UP A LOT SO WHEN I WAS BILLED $1500 TO HAVE MY TEETH CLEANS I WAS SHOCKED. SINCE IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CLARIFYING THE COST I HAD TO EAT IT SO TO SPEAK. TWO WEEKS LATER MY HUSBAND HAD HIS TEETH CLEANED AT A DENTISTRY IN FT SMITH FOR $350. THEY WERE AALSO FRIENDLY AND EFFIENCT. ALL IM SAYING IS SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU COME HERE. don't be fooled by these. overpriced. dentist. they did a lousy. incomplete job on my. mouth. they stated I needed more than my wisdom teeth removed. and did not do the removal correct. I had to seek. another. dentist to finish. they will con you. into. other. ways to make. money. I almost. took them to court. DO. NOT HIRE THEM.
All I can say is "THANK YOU!" The office staff was absolutely excellent. Let me first say that I am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist. I have had some bad experiences in the past and had a TON of anxiety. Dr. Clanton and her staff were AMAZING! I literally felt NO PAIN. It was literally the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Everyone was incredibly professional and really took care of me. I will be back!
Love love love Christie Dental Belleview, they have great dentists, especially Dr. Castro..They give great cleanings, Trish at the front desk is the bomb, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, everyone at Christie Dental makes you feel very comfortable
09/2023 - Very negative experience. I will not be returning again. Must have been a change in ownership / management. I was yelled at by the "office manager" for neglecting my bill. I was approved for a cleaning through my dental insurance. 6 months later I get a $175 bill for the cleaning. I called the office to sort things out. I never received a call or emailed statement prior to my call. The office manager called me a week after my call and was extremely rude and hostile. She claimed SHE KNOWS I've opened my bills.
