This office is the best. The staff are amazing. Very good at there job. Work well together. The Dentist has the best hands and is very nice also. Tells you what they are doing. Will get you in as soon as they can. I love them very much. We are so lucky to have a great Dentist office in our small wonderful town . They listen and work with there clients. Questionable Billing Practices. Bellaire Bay Dental had a special promotion for Invisalign ($3,999) to which we had to pay our portion “in full” and up front for our youngest daughter. Approximately two years later, they send me a bill for $335.00. I called their office to dispute the bill and requested a detailed itemized statement of the charges. Don't bother. I used to love Mountaincrest it was close to my home and care was great. However my dentist left at the end of last year. I was assigned to another dentist who then left a month after that. Now they are referring me to another dentist. They have had me come in to redo work because the new dentist did not know what was going on. I was referred out and they did not send my charts or insurance information. The other practice tried to get ahold of them and couldn't. I had to reschedule my appointment several times ... read more

Don’t use this practice!
Top notch dental practice with an equally excellent staff. Initially I went there for a routine cleaning. They use state of the art equipment and procedures (at least from other dental offices I’ve gone to through the years in several different parts of the country). Dr. Anastysia Popepko. She was very gentle, kind and professional. I badly needed a crown, and she made it easily possible. Please be very careful regarding payments. My son was there for treatment that was to be done over three sessions. We were given an estimate of $560/-which my son paid in full at the first appointment. He was again charged 120/- at the second appointment . When he got home we realized that there was an overpayment. It took me for ever to get in touch with the accounts person Cindy.
