I went to Dr. Hehir for a second opinion. The other local dentist I went to recommended $56,000.00 worth of work for me. No, I did not put in an extra 0. $56,000.00!!!! I almost fainted! So I went in to Dr. Hehir expecting bad news again. I told her I thought I needed my bridge replaced and several root canals and caps. Let me clear up a matter I over reacted to a feeling I was having said some things I shouldn’t have about this company I complained but the end results were pretty darn good so I want to apologize to the Dr and his staff
I would rate them a negative number if it was possible they are just out to make money and not treat patients. My daughter who is 25 went in because she had a tooth ache, they did ex rays and an exam and found nothing wrong. Then she set up an appointment to have her teeth cleaned. They said the first time is just an exam to determine what type of cleaning she needed. Why didnt they do that when she was there the first time?? Yes my name is felicia rose. If you are as terrified as I was going to the dentist, the team at casady square is the place for you to feel comfortable,feel safe. I have no fears going to the dentist now. Casady square has done this for me. Dr.naghia is a great dentist, she made me trust her. Everyone is so wonderful at Great Southern Smiles. Dr. Smith is so companionate and goes out of his way to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. His staff is amazing and very helpful and know you by name when you come in. I could not ask for a better team and Dr. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Dr Osman and Sophia are AWESOME!!! The front office staff and Office manager, not so much. After 2 visits, one for me and one for my son, the front office failed to call me back to provide me with the requested information. The first time occurred on 27SEP the day after my son's regular exam. I called 3 times asking for information. The dental work is 10/10, the administrative staff on the other hand is awful. I have been dealing with being overcharged since May, it is now September. I have spent approximately 6 hours in the lobby of the office trying to get my bill worked out. It’s a shame because the dentists and oral surgeons themselves are great but the complications that come with paying to go here are just not worth it for me and my family.
