Dr. Vasquez, Angie, Bethany, Leidy, and Kellie were absolutely wonderful! The team was so helpful from start to finish. I do not recommend this practice. I have had more problems with this place in the last two years than all my other dental visits combined! Everything from waiting weeks more time (on each appliance) than told to get my crowns, flippers and dentures, to then said appliances breaking for no reason within a few months, twice. When I try to work out a way to get them there without having yet another appointment I am told "there's nothing we can do". Ms. Tina was so good. She put me at ease and made a situation that I was dreading into a wonderful experience.
During my appointment today, a dentist hygienist named Kenny who was rough on my mouth and I kept raising my hand at him to let him know, and didn't bother apologizing and didn't ask questions saying "Am I ok or am I being too rough" since I warned him I have braces since im here for a cleanup, and kept digging my whole mouth and I was struggling to keep my mouth open and got an attitude with me keep saying "Open" all the time, where he didn't see me struggling and I thought he might need the block to help keep my mouth ope... read more

Advertisement about affordable low-cost implants but would not give me even a ballpark estimate for one implant over the phone. Several follow-up calls basically wasted my time. Wanted me to come in for an x-ray and appointment before they would give me a price even a budget price.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I've honestly had a very frustrating experience with DVFD. Granted, the staff are lovely, but services have been insufficient. After having a cap come loose, I visited DVFD to address it. I was given a temp cap while a permanent crown was manufactured. I waited a month for my follow up, only to find out that they had mismatched the color of my new crown to my neighboring teeth.
