DO NOT TRUST THEM. I have been charged $90.00 for five years because they said Delta Dental required a maintenance program for deep cleaning. I wasted hundreds of dollars over their false charges. I went to another dentist and they said Delta Dental shows I don't have any such requirement. The lie people!!

Let me tell ya a story about this place. My Dentist moved over to this place at the beginning of 2023. They said that all appointments already made would be honored. I had made 3 appointments in Nov 22, 1 for a filling and 2 for a deep cleaning. The appointments were for the end of Jan 23 and Feb 23. I got a call the week of the appointment for the Filling and the first deep cleaning appointment on a Monday, to tell me that they couldnt do the deep cleaning but could still do the Filling. Hey FD, You made me feel like an irresponsible customer by making me sign and date a paper about not cancelling w/in 24 hrs, or no-showing for an appt. I've never been there before, and have never cancelled my appt. Then, you hand me a folder to I'm assuming hand it to the hygienist? So I read it. It had the billing date 5 days ago! Not usually a public poster. But this situation??? Wow. Just WOW. I'll start out by admitting I was in the wrong for getting so worked up. And I can 💯 say I should of handled the call better. Read the REAL and current reviews on Yelp about Olde Mill Family Dental. Everyone should know that Jack R. Mercke, the inept and inexperienced dentist who works in the Olde Mill Family Dental strip mall office, has already been sanctioned in Kentucky and is currently being investigated by the Georgia Board of Dentistry, and has personally ruined my life. I was very shocked and dismayed with the staff. Very rude, was 15 minutes late for appointment and they said they could not see my granddaughter. They then offered a time on another day and time for which she was previously scheduled. They even had the audacity to pull my 12 year granddaughter out of my view to talk to her about resceduling. Lifetime Dentistry in St Peters, MO is where you go, if you are looking for Exceptional Customer Service. The front office professionals checked me in quickly and were engaging as a team. Great personalities! Very friendly! Made me feel comfortable from the start! Maddie worked directly with the dental insurance company to ensure I received the maximum benefit cost savings of approximately $1,000 dollars. My appointment was for 10 am and I arrived at 9:50. They didn't call me back until 10:45 Almost an hour I waited. No one else in lobby and no other patients. What the heck are they doing back there? Every time I go its at least as 30 minute wait or more. Not happy. A cleaning used to take 45 minutes tops. Now it takes like two hours. This is not right making customers wait this long.
