BEWARE USING THIS DENTIST WITH INSURANCE I used this dentistry recently to have a new crown procedure. Christie's gave me the quote for my co-pay using my dental insurance, which I paid immediately. Shortly after the procedure, the insurance claim was denied due to Christie's mistake using a wrong claim code. Even worse, they waited over 180 days to file an claim appeal, and of course any appeal over 180 days is automatically denied. However, it even gets worse. Since I was 18 (now 75) I have had a phobia of Dentists. I had to have 4 upper front teeth removed and was unable to receive any sedation at all. They were AWSOME. I was in and out within an hour and for just a little tugging the teeth were removed. I have had no pain at all since. I would recommend them to anyone who has a phobia of Dentists. I'd tooth extractions 2times in year 2023 at their Rosenberg office I paid them whatever they told me to pay at the time of visit. After few days I got explanation of benefits from my insurance company and found out, they charged me more. That means this they owe me refund. I went to tell them you owe me refund. 01/26/2024: Don't be late. I was a new patient, and you know what...SHIT HAPPENS!....and I was late on accident, and I didn't hear the end of it by the doctor. Bad first impression. I left annoyed 😒... UPDATE 02/08/2024! This office with staff like ASHLEY and AMBER is VERY unprofessional and are withholding my medical records. !!!BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Went in August 2023 for a cleaning appointment. I was in the office for over two and a half hours, never got my teeth cleaned, then was told I'd have to come back another day. May River billed my insurance for x rays (which were performed), and a comprehensive exam (which was not performed). I had been to four different offices for getting me set up Dentures I have to say that Mamu Arora was so great I could not believe that she had pulled like fourteen broken teeth and two full teeth so quickly I couldn’t believe that it could be so smooth and painlessly done am going into the office today for fitting my new teeth it’s been really fast I’m so lucky to have found signature smiles on Broadway Patt Witt

So insanely disappointed. I have been going to them for a couple of years now, spent over $10K with all my issues. Show up to my dental cleaning 10 minutes late and told they cannot see me today. Do you know how many times I have had to wait for them due to their morning staff meetings running over, the dentist dealing with another patient. I have been to that dentist office over 20 times in the past couple of years and have not been late. But one time I'm late and can't see me. No grace given to me at all. I went there to replace a partial denture only as I explained several times. They insisted on taking x-rays and wasted $200 of my benefit, Then they pressured me to have a deep clean done which would have wasted $1200 of my $2000 benefit through insurance. Finally got the partial and the dentist couldn't fit it in. I also could not fit it. They said I would be fine and "come back if I need to"!
