My account got renewed automatically without my permission. They said we signed up for it however we would have never set up auto renew as we don't like people having our card on file. They did cancel my account when asked however this still made me mad as I had moved all money in that account to another account because I was on vacation. They never recognized that it was their employee who added that not us. When I brought that to their attention they never acknowledge it just said we signed up for it. I asked for a refund from Sam's Club on a defective mattress a year after purchasing. (Collapsed, bulging springs) Sam's has an overseas department that handles Serta mattress returns. Sam's Serta department accepted the return, had the mattress picked up and agreed I am due a refund. I do have documents showing all this including tracking info showing they have the mattress. I have only shopped in store to purchase items for work, but somehow they stored my credit card information (without my authorization) in my Sam's Club profile. A few days ago they charged my card automatically, and I received an email stating that I was signed up for automatic renewal. I also never authorized that. I contacted customer service to have the charge reversed, and they tried to give me a Sam's gift card for the unauthorized charge instead of refunding my credit card. Sam's club ***** at the customer service they provide. I'm not going to be coming in anytime soon to buy groceries or anything of that nature because of the amount of times you send me the same email within a 24-48 hour window. Honestly the only places I shop at is shoprite Safeway and BJ'S. Please file this complaint report and let Sam's know that I won't be in

Bought a Gorilla playset, listed as free delivery. Sams club sourced out the delivery to a company called TForce Freight who refused to bring it to our house because the driver is incompetent and can't reverse the truck he's licensed and paid to drive. No one contacted me as promised, I had to track down our item through multiple places as no one could tell me where it was or what to do besides cancel the order. This company will give your credit card an increase to 8,000 then cancel your card and not tell you in advance. You'll go to use your card and be declined. When you call customer service they tell you that you'll get a letter in 7-10 business days as to why. Not customer friendly and very degrading.

In January 2022 I made online purchases and paid $100 for my Sam's membership, on February 23, 2022 I made and received online purchases from Sam's. Between my successful February purchase and my attempted online purchase on March 23, 2022 Sam's made changes to their system and in the process lost my information. My telephone calls and online chats did not rectify the problem. Although the representatives were polite they only reiterated that the information was unavailable. I do not have a membership with Sam's Club, never have and never will. They "somehow" got my credit card information and charged a membership fee. I called them to reverse it and have my card taken out of their system. THEY REFUSED! It doesn't matter if you are a member or not, this scam company will steal from you. I will be contacting the police department where they are located and reporting the theft.

I purchased a set of tires and had them installed. When I got in my car, I discovered that the mechanic had torn the leather on my steering wheel. I filed a report with the store manager. Since the damage was over $1200, they had to submit it to the corporate office. It's been a month now and they won't even return my phone calls or emails. You would think that a company that large would be more professional. I'm seriously considering filing a police report for vandalism as that's what this is.
