My daughter and I were leaving Sams (store#6329) and two men had a table set up asking for $ for a womens drug program. We said no thank you. He loudly says 'You don't want to save lives? You don't want to help us? I can't believe it'. Have a good one anyways. Maybe Sams mgrs should let people know who are asking for a handout to not harass the customers. Not that it's anyones business, but we donate to St Jude. We help children who didn't create what they are going through.

Needed tables for an upcoming event. Found what I wanted & needed online. I added all items to cart. $800 worth. Before completing the transaction, I called the store and verified that they had all I needed and we discussed the pick up times. Placed the order, using credit card & got my confirmation. 1.5 hours later when I had an employee (on the clock) leave our business to go pick up the order, I received a call from Sams saying they did not have what I ordered. I was promised a refund on 4/12/2022 for a defective product that could not be physically returned. It has been 16 days & my credit card still has not been credited. I have made dozens of phone calls & sent dozens of emails to get this resolved. All I have gotten is a bunch of lame excuses from lazy, incompetent employees (even in executive escalations). Now they tell me it will be 7-10 days! I will never purchase anything from Sam's Club again!

We have found this company to be a dishonest one. Customer's credit cards are charged for an auto renewal of their memberships even though the customer did not request that and then the company will not reimburse for the membership fee when a customer brings it to their attention. When it comes to talking with their staff over the phone regarding refunds, they will tell you over and over that you'll be contacted by phone or e-mail, but it will never happen. We are so disappointed of how we were treated by both Sams Club employees and Sams Club third party installing company GoConfigure. Long story short we purchased the Cordova Gazebo along with the nearly $700 installation and delivery fee. Employees this day were kind and patient even though GoConfigure had them waiting on the phone to place our install order for over 20 minutes. I HAD TO UPGRADE TO THE PLUS MEMBERSHIP IN WHICH THEY SAID PURCHASES WOULD ADD ON FOR REWARDS AND CASH, ITS BEEN A YEAR AND AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS THEY ONLY HAVE 78.00 AND IT IS BEEN PENDING FOR OVER 5 MONTHS, I HAVE CALLED SO MUCH AND HAVE SEVERAL TICKETS BUT NO ONE RESOLVES ISSUE, JUST SENDS AN EMAIL WITH A SURVEY, I NEED THEM TO EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THE UPGRADE IF I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE REWARDS!!!

On April 15th, 2022 at 1:30pm, I stopped at the Sam's Club on Lemay Ferry in South St. Louis county, MO. I had a few gas cans also to fill since I mow multiple lawns. The lady at the next pump started to go off on me that I was from Illinois and buying gas in Missouri. She said I should be buying gas in Illinois.
