I would give 0 stars if it was a choice. Seriously, I just wanted to buy some tires. I have been a member since 2008. I have ordered multiple sets of tires over the phone and online. However this time they did not show up online so I called to do it. Not only was I hung up on multiple times, yelled at by a csr for continuing to call each time I was hung up on, and then transferred multiple times, but I also spoke with the rudest man ever saying I had to come in store to order tires. WOW TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude. Went in on Tuesday 03/15 around 10am. The "supervisor" was plain rude and didn't seem to really about helping me along with whoever was working member services at that time. Now the lady at the door around that time was SO sweet and the most helpful person in the store. Will not return.

The most absolute worst service with the tire department. I've literally have been calling for days straight. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they pick up the phone to stop the ringing and will hang up in your face. So disrespectful. Lynchburg Va

Sams club of in Oklahoma City has the rudest management team I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. I am not one to file complaints or be a Karen. The attitude I witnessed was so bad I had to file this complaint. I will never ever shop at another Sams club or Walmart because of the atrocious behavior, extremely unprofessional.

Sam's Club is like the Hotel California... ... You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave! Seriously, if you sign up for a membership, plan on never being able to easily cancel unless you threaten them. They will automatically charge your credit card, and never offer to refund. Instead, they'll tell you to wait ten weeks for a check or dispute with your credit card company. Thankfully, my credit card company understands service and refunded immediately.

Absolutely furious. I received a Members Mark Kids Explorer Sofa that was defective. I tried to return it multiple times. It had to be picked up because it was a sofa vacuum packed in a small box. Because of this, when it inflates, there is no box it and the many pieces will fit in. They made note of that and when FedEx came to get it, they would not take it due to it not being in a box. I had an issue at the fuel station where I and another club member were being physically threatened by another person. Upon getting the attendant to come out, the other member and I were still being threatened in front of the attendant and nothing was done at all. It's an unsafe environment with the attendants not paying any attention or not reacting even when called over while someone is actively threatening a member. I lodged a complaint with their customer service but was blown off.

Not worth the subscription fee. Shipping delayed? Package not deliverable, but does Sam's know this? No, of course not. Fed Ex broke another package. Sam's leaves the burden on us if it is not deliverable. It will just sit there in the warehouse. What do they think we use shipping for, kicks? At 3.35 a gallon. it is not feasible to constantly run to the store. Absolutely disgusted.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They made a membership renewal charge to my card that was not authorized. I had complimentary guest access and would do in store pick ups through that which is the only way they had access to my card information. Upon seeing the charge come through I called the company to cancel the charge and the membership. I was told that I could either go in to the store to seek a refund, get a $100 gift card to Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, or have a check sent in the mail that would take 8-10 wee... read more
