I ordered a Samsung HDTV around may 13,2022 from Sam's . The sale ended around the 15th of june may. I was still looking at there Samsung HDTV at Sam's and after the sale ended in the 15th. It went down to a lower price of $200.00 less than the original price from the original sale at Sam's in Memphis,Tn. I called them up.about that and they did reduce it. It was confirmed and discussed by/with several managers that my personal and highly confidential property was stolen inside the club. The suspect is an employee who has taken an item of mine before a couple years ago but returned when questioned. The manager of the store Was given a Subpoena for the video footage and record. This has all been ignored, violating several Ohio revised codes and Legeslative Law. Too further the insult, upon servicing legal papers, she said that she was going to send a no trespass letter. Sams Gazebo and recommended installer - We purchased a gazebo from Sam's Club store in Cincinnati, OH XXXXX on 2/21/2022. on 5/5/2022 was to have been installed by Go Configure (the company posted at the Sam's store to call for installation). The install was cancelled stating that Go Configure was completing another job. Since 5/5/2022 we have been calling Sam's and Go Configure every day except for Sat and Sun trying to get an install date with no resolution from Sam's or Go Configure. We live in AZ. This complaint is in regards to the Sam's Club in Wentzville MO. Earlier this week, we rec'd an email notification that our Sam's Club account had been compromised. The email address had been changed. My husband went in and changed it back; however, within a few hours, it was changed again, this time, along with the phone number AND then all of our Sam's cash disappeared. New car battery installed incorrectly, left the red color wire to loose and started having car start problems. I have been told to check alternator , where they failed to install the cable correctly. When i told them about loose wire, they fixed it but i already lost my wages and paid to the tow truck.

I placed an online/store pick up from my local Sam's club. I didn't realize an item on my order was cancelled by the store, but I was still charged for it. I called the customer service to tell them and to get my money back. I was told that they can not credit the money back to my bank account, but can give me the money back in the form of a gift card, OR go into the club to get the cash. The Sam's Club on Holmes Ave in Huntsville, AL (NOT the one off of south parkway) is the worst Sam's I have ever been in in my life. As I walked into the store a worker was standing there yelling, "cards!" I thought she was trying to sell me a credit card or something and when I asked if she was wanting to see my member's card, she said, "yes!" with an attitude. I purchased 100 stems of roses with vase for Mothers Day. When my Mother received it she only received 12 roses with no vase. I called and spoke to reps at Sam's Club 5 times including the so-called Specialist Department (floral). No resolution. They said they would send me an email as to where to send the picture of what she received and nothing. Bought a Waterpik costing $114.00 recently that became defective. Because I can't find my receipt they refuse to give me store credit even though they verified it came from their store. No help from Corporate or store.
