Needed replacement salt cell for SGS chlorine generator cell. Original cell was for 20k pool but was undersized. I was able to find this 40k gallon generator cell at a good price and they delivered in a little over a week. Not bad considering free shipping. Install was exactly as stated and as soon as I turned it on I could see life come back and sanitization better than new. Purchased the Resilience A5 cell back on May 25, 2021. When it finally arrived I installed it and no problem. On Nov. 2, 2021, noted no chlorine generation checked the system and found cell bad, fill out warranty info, and email to the company. Was asked to send my cell back and they would ship a replacement. The replacement arrived, I installed it with some difficulty (see email sent to the company). Exactly the same experience as ************* quit working at 13 months, was told i would need to pay $230 for replacement under warranty (I paid $269 one year ago). When I challenged them, I was told that the prorated warranty cost for year two was 30%, however that's against a bogus $750 "published retail" price that they don't charge. Year three moves the the prorated cost to 50%, which means you are paying $375 for a "warranty replacement" when you can buy it for $339 brand new. Buy at your own risk. The Platinum Replacement generator fails in a year. The salt reading was incorrect when compared to ****** reading. You will pay essentially for a new one under their prorated plan because the prorated warranty is based on the inflated price of $750. You will be lucky if they respond to your email or phone call. You have to ship your cell to them for repair only to be told to pay for a new one.
sold my customer a bad cell, offered to send a replacement when I sent them a tracking number for the old one, now they play stupid and act like we do not even exist. and want to sale a complete new system and not even offer a credit for the bad cell. tried to call and you get a answering service, yes a answering service! good luck getting a reply. I think they are all smoking meth just ripping off people.
Total scam. They will not speak to you. Everything has to be on their instructions. It took me 3 weeks to get a salt cell from ********, *********, and of course it was the wrong cell. Now they want the cell so they can inspect it and then they will make the refund. I'll never see the refund. I was told to send it to *********, **. So I called the ** ************************* and they took the complaint and promptly filed it away. I've lost my $300, but rest assured they'll never get another copper ***** from me.
Ordered a salt cell it's been almost a month and I still haven't received it. Multiple ************** msgs.Given a tracking # for DHL. DHL stated that the shipping that the shipping order had been generated but they haven't received the item from the seller.In my opinion this company is a complete SCAM. Do not do business with them. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet!

I had purchased a salt cell in August 2020 with a 5 year warranty. It started leaking and not producing chlorine in the beginning of June 2021. I contacted the company, filled out all the required information for the warranty. They had me return the item before receiving the replacement cell, which left my pool unable to circulate water for three weeks in ******* in 118 heat.
