Bought a T-cell 08/03/2023. After it was a week late I see they say they were out of stock and actually sent it from *********. After two weeks it came in from DHL third rate carrier and it had been opened. DHL states they open and inspect overseas boxes. It was missing parts, broken behond use. Salt store customer service ***** said when I requested a label to send it back that it was me that had to pay shippinjg and I had 30 minutes to make a decision. Lousy product. They blamed other parts of the system. Will not honor warranty
ordered salt cell in 12/22/2022, order #SPS55606.....salt cell corroded. Pool water continuously checked and all good. received verification from Salt Pool Store to send back device for replacement. Its August of 2023 and still haven't received replacement. Customer support will not chat or take my phone calls to remedy this issue. Can not get a response from email. Very dissatisfied with customer support!!!
I sure wish I found the BBB before I spent my close to $400 for this bogus part, like most of the other people on here the part arrived. Mine came from *********. The unit worked for 15 seconds before tripping a high salt level on my Hayward panel, like everybody else I got a hold of them they gave me a couple of things to do which didnt work so I said how about a return and give me a new one they said dont know send it back will give you a refund.They charged me a 30% restocking fee so I could sell it to somebody else and n... read more
*************** and garbage customer service. Parts were low quality and the threads weren't even close to fitting. **************** was ridiculous and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. They refused to honor their warranty.
Failed after 1 year I got warranty but they expect me to send back for repair shut my pool down in middle of summer and how are these repairable?
This company is bogus and ships damaged goods with no protection. I am filing a BBB complaint against their poor shipping practices and customer service. Purchased a T15 cell and this thing looks like someone threw it across a football field. Its ridiculous! And they offer free shipping and want you to pay to ship it back to them also ridiculous. Do not spend any money with this company! Bogus !
Salt Pool Store will not honor warranty on (Platinum Edition Salt Cell with 5 year warranty). Will not even respond to emails or their "warrant request form." This place is absolutely run by scum bags who do not care about customer service or referrals. Once they have your money - that's it! Should be shut down!! (Order SPS51293)
Crooks! T cell didnt work! Went to return it and they did a partial return! Will do a credit card dispute
