This is a joke of a company. It is extremely disappointing a company like this can continue, only taking advantage of people and refusing to respond to email and phone call attempts. They sent me a damaged salt cell and then kept $100 of my money for restocking, refusing to return my calls and emails.

NEVER waste your precious money with this sham of a company. Ordering: no problem. Taking money: no problem. Shipping: no problem. 3 months later, when their product fails: you can't get anyone one the phone. They send emails telling you their product is fine. But that you need to do "this" or try "that". What a joke! I've had to eat my nearly $400. Bought a Hayward OEM cell: no problems! Learn from others mistakes, don't send them a *****.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! This company has no customer support or technical/troubleshooting support. The only way they respond is to send you another of whatever you bought. Plus you must return your purchase at your expense. No one will answer the phone or return a call from voicemail. Live chat took so much time the first time that I had to give up because I have a life. Emails are worthless because no one replies with assistance. This place is a total rip off, I purchased a platinum edition cell, the first leaked from the case. Cost to return it, they then sent me a replacement that was obviously used there was trash inside the cell and it didn't even work. again cost to return and they would only do a refund that was $120.00 less then what i paid.. Stay away

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will NOT honor a warranty. Every comment written about this company is 100% true. I asked to speak with a Manager and was told "I am the manager, this is not ********* That would be a true statement about ******* because I think ******* sells better quality products and will stand behind what they sell.

Don't buy anything from them. They send out faulty after-****************. Then when you return it they take 30% of your purchase price off for "Restocking". You will never be able to talk to anyone to take care of your issue. Their customer service is horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

do not buy from them. salt cell does not work, my controller reads **** salt level and I had the salt level checked at a retail store, and it was normal level. So, my controller goes to hi and shuts down, I have tried to call time and time again and can get no one to speak too. Please don't be like me and waist your hard-earned money,

I agree with many of the other reviewers. My T9 salt cell failed after one year back in June. After repeated emails with them, they wanted me to see if I could fix the cell claiming it was a bad thermistor. I did as they said, and only then when it continued not to work, they honored the warranty. Took them days to order replacement and (surprise) they don't have it in stock!
