I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO PRODUCTS ON AUGUST 16, 2022. I GOT A COMFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER AND AN EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE OF AUGUST 19, 2022. I LATER GOT AN EMAIL STATING MY ORDER WAS DELAYED DUE TO "HIGH VOLUME". I REACHED OUT TO THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER SINCE IT WOULDN'T ARRIVE BY THE **** I NEEDED IT. These guys will rip you off. I ordered the PLATINUM EDITION REPLACEMENT SALT CELL FOR HAYWARD T-CELL-15 and received a defective cell. Returned, on my dime, and received another that was defective. Returned this one, again on my dime, and was told I would receive a refund. So I receive two pieces of junk and they still have the nerve to hold back a 25% restocking fee. Avoid these guys and just pay for the *** cell with which I have had no problems. You get what you pay for I suppose.

I ordered a T- Cell for my Hayward system. I was told it would be delivered in 2 days. They supposedly have warehouses in *********, ******* and ******* areas. After 5 weeks, I finally received the cell from *********!The cell never worked. I called the Salt Pool Store for support. They blamed everything in my system except the salt cell. Warranty on Platinum Edition Replacement Salt Cell 5 years. I had not used this till this weekend due to the amount of time to get it and it was already a replacement. Well, it leaks right out of the seam, which is where I believe the last one leaked from. I have also heard from other people about these issues with this product. Why are you still selling defective products? I still have the original box and packing it was sent to me in, with no damage on my part. Sent a defective unit. Initiated return, Saltpoolstore provided a label and said the replacement would be sent as soon as the defective unit was track-able. Dropped off at ***** got an email that replacement was sent out ***** next day. 4 days later still no replacement .when i inquired for tracking number of replacement they said the old one hadn't arrived yet. total scam company, I ordered a hayward t-15 salt cell replacement and never received anything, ive tried to contact the salt pool store and only receive an answering service and they will not respond to any emails. I am not in the process of trying to get my money back through my credit card company

100% Scam. Product failed shortly after 1 yr (like many other customers). Applied for warranty replacement but here is the real fraud. SWP base the replacement calculation on their high fake price, not the price they sell 100% of the time. Therefore if your product was purchased 2 years + 1 day or more ago your warranty replacement price is more than what you would pay as a new customer. Their 5 ** warranty is therefore meaningless and false advertisement. Avoid at all costs.
