horrible store, never doing business with them again. Hopefully a class action is started and shuts them down
I wish I had read these reviews last year in October when I ordered my Salt Cell from them. It lasted 4 months before going out. I was asked to send it back to them, witch I did over a month ago. Do not buy from this company! Buy your products somewhere else! The customer service is HORRIABLE, if not non existent. I was billed for a salt cell housing and never received it. Easily 10 emails and 3 phone calls with out any response.
Ordered a $299 Platinum Edition Replacement Salt Cell for Jandy AquaPure with a 5 year warranty. Stopped working after 2.5 years, and contacted them several times, but absolutely no response.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! salt cell cracked within a week. they sent return label which i used. the package was returned to me saying refused. multiple calls, emails, etc never returned. can never speak to a person. I am out a much needed $300!
Platinum Salt Cell T-Cell-15 shipped out of Australia, when finally arrived connection and threads warped-defective and unusable. No callback or email from company, had to use paypal dispute service. Did offer refund, BUT had to ship back to Australia at my expense, $130.

Ordered a salt cell replacement. Never received the order. They don't answer the phone or call you back. They don't reply to emails either. They should have a no star button of companies like these!!!
Sent a salt cell back for a warranty replacement. The store refused the package twice and it was returned to me after spending the money for the shipping cost. Called and emailed them that the package was coming one more time, but got no response from them and still have not heard from them.
