Beware do not buy from this company. They stole $400 dollars from me. The product was broke I sent it back for another one and they claim they have no records of it and did not replace it or refund me. The customer service person was a jerk.
I purchased a salt T9cell from this company in August 2021. I purchased from this company due to price and 5 year warranty. The salt cell has failed, May 2023, confirmed by local pool company, and this company will not honor the warranty. No matter what time of day you call the phone is not answered. Only way of contacting them is by email. ************. ************ is a scam, trash and FAKE. People not Buy anything from Salt PooLs Store.
Dont buy this product,claims it is a replacement for Hayward T 5 salt cell,doesn't work,not compatable
Will never do business with this scam of a Company again. Cancelled an order 1 hour after placing it due to the poor reviews. 3 days later the clowns ship my order that I had cancelled. They live up to their 1 star rating, will do anything to make a buck! Stay away from this scam of a company.

I Followed their warranty return policy and sent back my defective cell for an approved warranty replacement. It has been a month and havent received the replacement. They will not return my emails. I have tried for 3 weeks to fill out a warranty claim for a salt cell I bought in April of 2022. i called and e-mailed, even tried the chat, system will not allow me to upload the forms, nothing seems to be going through. I have not heard back. my salt cell has a 5-year warranty and stopped working after 9 months, looks like I'm out ****** bucks.
I have tried for almost 4 weeks to get a warranties replacement salt cell I purchased in March. The warranty website will not allow me to upload files. There is no fax number to fax the requested files. The operators have no way of talking with *******************, except through email. The specific information I am trying to send them will not upload and no one can help me with trying to send a claim.
This review likely wont' make a difference, as the near 173 1-star ****** reviews (out of 173 reviews) and continuous reviews of a similar nature peppered throughout the web and consumer complaint sites, pretty much sums it up, but I digress.I rarely post reviews but I purchased a salt cell which failed within 3 months and the warranty process is purposefully difficult, tedious, and all at the purchasers expense!
