AFTER A NUMBER OF ATTEMPS TO REACH THEM ON THE PHONE, I WAS ABLE TO GET SOME EMAIL RESPONSE AFTER THE ETA HAD PASSED, BUT THEY CITED/BLAMED THE DELAY ON COVID. I REQUESTED A TRACKING NUMBER AND GOT NO RESPONSE. NOW, NEARLY 3 WEEK AFTER THE PURCHASE AND NO DELIVERY I EMAILED THEM TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATIONS. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER! Placed an order for a T-Cell-9 and made the HUGE mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand. I just happened to be searching the internet the following day for a solar cover replacement and read many horrible reviews from The Salt Pool Store. I purchased a $269 platinum salt cell with their “industry leading 5 year” warranty. After 3 years it failed. I filed a warranty claim, with all supporting documentation. What I received in return was an invoice for $336. I emailed and asked what that was for. I was told that’s the replacement price under their warranty program! Outfit is a Scam. Ordered a new salt filter. They promised 2 day delivery. Not from Australia-that’s right Australia. They don’t answer email or phone calls. Paid a lot for 2 day shipping. It would be at least 10-15 days from Australia. Don’t let the price fool you. Stay away
The item I bought took three weeks to receive and then two week after installation it failed. Still waiting for a refund!
