DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They ripped me off $368.99. I got an official *** from them to ship the product back for a refund. Once they received the salt cell I shipped they refused to refund the cost of the item. This company is a sham. Do not get sucked into their lies. ****************!
I had the same experience! Complete scam. They show on their website an **** (sometimes 2X )compared to their selling price. The **** is bogus. But they use that price to prorate your cost for warranty claim. For me to get a replacement cell under warranty, they wanted to charge me more than their online selling price. Their reasoning is that the warranty fine print says prorate of the **** not selling price.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this "business". After confirmation via chat that the item ordered would work with my current salt system, I purchased a replacement salt cell and installed the item. I let the pool run for a few day and had our water tested. The technician said the replacement cell was not producing any chlorine. Contacted the 'business' again to relay the info my pool tech told me and was referred to an email address. Whatever you do, don't buy from this company. I bought a cell that didn't work. I asked them to send me one that worked to replace the faulty one, but they wouldn't. So I sent it back, but they only refunded a small portion of what I paid. I believe their management is working a scam because they don't stand behind their products.
Do not buy anything from these people. It is a scam and they say on their item 5 year warranty but there really is no warranty.
Stopped communicating when I submitted a warranty request. Both cells purchased in the last 2 years are dead. Cheap knockoff products with no apparent quality control.
Online scam no customer service. They do not honor any of their refund policies or warranty policies. If there were zero stars to give there should be an option for that because theyre not even one star. Consistently ripping people off.
Similar to everyone else. I too regret purchasing from this company. Feel like there should be some investigation into them. I can't believe this is considered lawful.
This place is a scam. Cheap Prices a d even cheaper products. I purchased a t15 salt cell from them that malfunctioned in unto months. 5 year warranty is useless. First they suggested that I repair my unit as an untrained tech. Then when I sent my t cell in for repair they stopped answering emails. So basically I'm out $300 and change. Do Not Buy from them!
