Hairstylist is not professional. Was not on time for my appointment, did not have the necessary supplies and had to leave to go buy them. Color and highlight took 4.5 hours and it was still not finished but I asked to be rinsed and left with wet hair.
I go every two weeks for a fill and I always leave with my nails looking SNATCHED. By far my favorite salon. They take the time to remember their clients and always make me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to a friend. :)
Awful was there 2 weeks ago and the guy got an attitude cus I wasn't getting gel none of my nails are straight and he didn't even make sure my whole nail was painted just quickly brushed on polish. I used to love this place but won't be going back.
NATALIE'S SALON ROCKS!! AWESOME DESIGNS!!! THEY ARE SO POPULAR -BE PREPARED TO MAYBE HAVE A SHORT WAIT- BUT YOU CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!
I went here about 2.5 weeks ago. It was the worst service I have ever had. When I went to get a mani pendi my legs were prickly. You aren't supposed to shave before getting toes done anywYs. So yes my legs were prickly. I don't know Chinese but when your pointing to my legs and making monkey noises and saying hairy. That is SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. the place was so dirty. They nail technicians didn't even have a convocation with me. They rushed me out. Let's just say, I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!
I love coming here! Ruby does such a great job on my nails. The girls there are so nice to my daughter also.
I've been going to Natalie and long for about 4 years now. Wouldn't ever change it. I've posted pics of my nails they've done.
