I walked into Natalie’s for the first time today for a pedicure. There was no wait. Phil did a great job. The pedicure was one of, if not the best pedicures I’ve had. I got the deluxe pedicure and was there for about an hour. The massage chairs were awesome too. I will def be going back!

I love coming here my only complaint is the wait. This is the place to go clearly because it is ALWAYS crowded even if you have an appointment sometimes there is a wait. I always like to go to Natalie she is amazing �
Terrible service. I got told someone would help me shortly getting my eyebrows waxed and they had me waiting in the back for 15 minutes then I walked out. Poor customer service
