There's no one that does nails as beautiful and as unique as Natalie does. It has been very difficult to replace her craftsmanship since I've moved to Florida from Maryland.

I'm here every two weeks for a gel manicure and pedicure. I have never had a bad experience and would go with any of the staff members as they all seem to be well trained. I sometimes splurge on the deluxe pedicure and it is great, too! I've tried other places in town and their gel manicures don't seem as high of quality or last as long as when I go to Natalie's.

customer service was beyond horrible! how are you going to talk to customers like they are stupid when it was your fault to begin with for not noticing the difference? also how are you going to rush customers through when they are trying to enjoy themselves especially when there is NO ONE ELSE in the salon getting anything done. I will not be back.

Absolutely awful. This place is terrible, I get my nails done every two weeks. Decided to come here and they lady did awful on my nails, absolutely terrible service. Completely rushed and there wasn't even anyone in here. One technician was beyond rude to my friend and talked to her like she was stupid. $30 dollars down the drain just to have to go get them redone tomorrow ! I hope you fix your issues!

Went in on 6/24 for a gel manicure paid 80.00 and by 6/27 they were peeling went back to have them fix it on 6/29 they 'patched' instead of fixing the whole nail and now by 630 pm its peeling off again. Never have had issues with gel manicures from other shops!
