I have been here periodically since they opened and I have for the most part been satisfied with their services. NO MORE - I had an absolutely horrible mani/pedi, both gel and within one day my fingernails were chipping. I went back to have them redone and they said of course and then I sat there for 33 minutes with my nails soaking and no nail tech in sight. I finally took off the clips and cotton and left. My fingers are still numb the next day and my nails are peeling. Needless to say I will not be back.

Lisa Castellano took me here for a manicure and a pedicure Level tell you tell you ..this place did awsome job..I left feeling relax and felt like I had new pair if feet .much toes and nails looked.great. and I would go back all the time

I work as a support aide for intellectually disabled adults. Several weeks ago I took my client in and we both got pedicures and she got a polish change. They took advantage of my client's lack of understanding and charged her way too much for a job very poorly done. I myself now have an i grown toenail because they trimmed my nails so curved and short. I will NEVER return to this salon. Taking advantage of an intellectually disabled individual is absolutely atrocious.

I use to go to Natalies every 2 weeks faithfully, but once I got a job where I was not able to have the gel & polish I had to stop going. But Long & Natalie always always did a great job. I just went yesterday and Long did my gel tips they turned out great! But my simple design was done by another and I was a little disappointed but not enough for me to never go back. This salon and 1 other are the best for nails that I've been to! You won't be 100% satisfied everytime that's impossible but 98% of the time you will be!

The first time i went there i really liked the place very nice looking they did a good job ... But have been back twice since Very poor service and really bad work on my nails i had thought i found a new place i really liked that changed for sure . I told the woman the file was hurting and pulled my hand back she never spoke the entire time to me she spoke to her fellow co worker non stop. I had enough when my finger started to bleed and still not a word. I will NEVER go there again getting nails done is supposed to be RELAX... read more

I was very disappointed with this Salon. I heard awesome things from friends so I decided to stop in and get a mani and pedi a few days before my wedding. During my pedi the gentleman who was helping me did not speak, I would attempt to start a conversation and he was very short. Natalie's began as my favorite salon when it first opened now I feel like a number when I go in. I went in last Wednesday with a friend and got a pedi and full set. The full set looks terrible! The nails are crooked and weren't filed very good. They have already chipped and a few nails are already peeling off! Would never recommend this place ever again!
