Stephanie did my hair. I don’t ever do anything for myself but I walked out of there feeling beautiful for the first time in a long time. I am still getting compliments 2 weeks later!!!

No one cares more for their customers. They remember everyone and never rush u or turn you away. Because of that, I make sure I never go there with a tight schedule. It is so worth it. I was there late last night and Joy was AMAZING! She spent 3 hours with me and never seemed the slightest bit put out that we were there way past closing. She was meticulous in helping me with removing tips and rebuilding my nails so they weren't weak or misshapen. Then she took the time to do an amazing design that is gorgeous. what a horrible experience!! they say they offer puffin wax for pedicures on there facebook and on printed cards at there location. after waiting 20 minutes I get to a pedicure chair and with another 20 minutes for a nail tech after telling them what I wanted I was told they no longer offer that. I just wasted 40 minutes of my night for no reason. all bescuse they can't do there job and update services.
I usually love Natalie’s compared to experiences that I’ve had at other salons in Westminster but the last time (9/29/18) was the worst. The salon was very dead when I came in. I brought myself in for a basic gel full set and my daughter to have her nails painted. She usually get regular polish but they said since it always comes off to do gel so I did (10$) she’s 3. so I wanted to share with everyone my experience, well my second experience with natalies salon. I have been going to Nail Care and Spa over by IHOP for the past year now and I had no problems. things were great I was always happy until they were not so great. the last three times I had went in to The Nail Care and Spa By IHOP I had been overcharged completely way too high yet never given what I asked to have.
