Natalie truly cares about her customers. I wasn’t pleased with my manicure and Natalie herself took me and not only fixed them she made them beautiful!! Thank you 😊
I really will not ever go anywhere else. After moving to the Westminster area from eldersburg I didn't feel like traveling for my nails. I tried a couple places in Westminster that were HORRIBLE, and I am not picky by any means. I was told to go to Natalie for my nail color but I've been using a really sweet young girl (in her early 20s) with bangs. I can't remember how to spell her name so I won't lol. She actually TAKES HER TIME!! I love it there!!
very unprofessional. I asked for something specific and they completely did something else because they thought it would "look better " and it only last a week 🤷🏼♀️
This is the friendliest salon I’ve ever been to!! Natalie is the most talented artist I have ever been to. They really care about their work.
Wasn't sure what to expect as yesterday was my first time visiting this nail salon but they did a great job. I was a walk in apt and they took their time on both the mani and pedi and it came out beautiful. I will definitely go back.
Went the other day for my first time and absolutely loved it everyone was very friendly and in love with my nails! Definitely will be returning
Love everything about this salon and especially the customer service ! They are so friendly and welcoming! Tom is my nail technician and he always does his job to perfection and has a great spence of humor ! They are also up on the latest trends in beauty and provide many services! Highly recommended!❤️
I was very disappointed. My nails are too thick and they aren’t the same shape and they are messy and I’m just very upset about this . Never again will I come back
