Excellent staff.
These people will jerk you around and never return phone calls. Bought a car 6 weeks ago and paid for plates. Still haven’t received and all they have is excuses. Anyone can sell you a car. Go anywhere else. These people suck

This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. That is not all, if you managed to get snowballed into a vehicle and then utilize the service department, they are just as bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are so low that they should be considered snakes. If you get too close they will strike. The newest service manager John takes the cake in ignorance. He is rude and he actually likes being that way. I still have free oil changes, and I will not let them service my vehicle again. Yes Crooks they take advantage of women in their finance department on new jeeps I know first-hand from this as a very good friend and ex-girlfriend was way screwed over by them. Dealing with them in the mechanic shop is horrible they have bad attitudes drag their work out for days this place completely sucks !!

I would strongly recommend not using their service department. Very poor customer service. They charged me for a part that they took apart, installed a piece of it and then charged me full book time for the full part that they sold me, lack of communication on their part caused me to have my vehicle there for two days, getting charged two days for a rental: I brought my vehicle in on February 15th at 7:00AM.
