RecommendedI’m from out of state and I developed an issue with my jeep. They pushed me though given my circumstances, everyone has been polite and friendly. I’m an very impressed with the service department. They didn’t have to do anything for me. I don’t win at gambling but I feel like I won finding Sahara.

Aug 3 2018, brought my 2017 JK in for oil change & to set up app. for new alternator because it’s defective. Drop off JK on 6th. Won’t warranty new alt because they found dirt in Air filter catch. THEY WENT SEARCHING FOR A REASON NOT TO REPLACE IT. It was fine on the 3rd but not the 6th? Advertising as off road capable as long as you don’t take it off road 🤣 I have shared this in all the off-road groups I belong to.
It’s not what We expected, the car that they show us what we were looking for , and didn’t have all the features that we wanted.
Sahara Jeep has a lot of knowledge on how to cheat people. They have zero accountability with no compassion for the buyer. I would rank this dealership in the top ten of horrible dealerships in the Las Vegas Valley. Believe me there are some scumbags looking for a top ranking in having the worst customer service. Waited 2 hrs for changing rear brake pads. $357 later (beyond pissed) I told the service agent ... way to go to keep your customers. WILL NEVER GO BACK
This was a great experience if you walk in make sure to ask for JC he was amazing and very helpful picking out our new Jeep Cherokee! Plus it’s a great vehicle to drive! I drive from Las Vegas to Sandy Valley round trip Mom-third.
