Refreshing to see good customer service these days � exceptional job guys.
I feel like you get the complete run around at this place. A simple estimate if a deal can work with your payment limits and your sales people can't even answer that?!? The same thing happened last year and ended up wasting 3 hours just to find out they couldn't get me the payment I needed.

This place is a big rip off....they want to just take your money and not resolve the issue with your car....stay away!!!!
BUYER BEWARE especially if your out of town and in need of service. This dealerships service department is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. They quoted me a price up front which I agreed to... when I picked up the vehicle the total price increased by 33% and they couldn't explain why! To top it off they could not produce all my old parts they replaced.

The only reason I am giving a star at all is because I got the vehicle that I was looking for. I would and will never recommend this place to anyone. Have left multiple messages for management and have yet to receive a phone call back. Was never told about the registration not being included in the deal, Communication is horrible. My salesperson (name not mentioned) when I asked about where my license plates would go the response was "what". Simple question.
