My experience started good when I contacted Louis , I mentioned to him what kind of vehicle I was looking for and he had 3 lined up for me in the front by the time I got to the dealership. He let me test drive the vehicles and gave me different options. Everything was smooth until we got to the finance department. My service dept experience is THE WORST POSSIBLE! Brought truck in Monday for a routine oil change. Allowed them to fix a recall in the airbag system. Recall service was NOT done. Realized upon pick up, horn/alarm now does NOT work. Return truck. Was informed it will now cost me $800 to replace Power Control Module....to fix the horn that was working fine the day before. The business of buying a vehicle is messy. I want to thank the manager Noah and MOST importantly Louis. Louis is a TRUE professional ! Through the entire process he was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. Guys like Louis encourage repeat customers. I can't say that for everyone here however... Too much hustle and not enough customer service :(
This place is a joke! Finance department can't get their shit together! Walked in in the middle of May on a Thursday to look at a specific car. Kyle was the sales guy and was very nice about things so we test drove the car. I liked the car but explained my financial situation to him and he assured me they could work a deal with my down payment of $1000. Started signing a pre agreement and everything else. So here's the deal. When people walk in and purchase a vehicle from you, at a high cost I might add, the least they can expect is to receive what they pay for. In the case of the Anderson's, you sold them a lemon clearly. Why would you not do the right thing?
