I was satisfied with the Service. The Service man who greeted me was polite and the waiting Room was clean. There were a few quetions I intended to ask him. However I was in a hurry to get home and the wait period was not what I expected.. The service man did offer me some water and then the wait time seemed to vanish.
im been this place last thursday to fix the noise of my 2016 grand cherokee with 6300 miles heard noise coming from the engine. when the lady and guy opened the hood they said its normal. normal for loud of noise i heard inside. and the bad thing lady said the mechanic will not check that noise because its normal. and also they will not spend money for the mechanic to check that noise. WHAT KIND OF DEALER THIS PLACE. THAT WHY I BOUGHT BRAND NEW CAR SO ITS NICE AND QUIET.

Horrible experience with their Jeep. My car has been in maintenance for over two weeks and still no resolution. They don't provide a loaner or take care of a rental. Just get the cold shoulder from everyone I speak to concerning my vehicle. I don't recommend you buy from here.
