Beware of their deceptive warranty sales tactics! I was advised the warranty could be cancelled no problem, well I traded in my vehicle to be advised it's non cancellable ! After being told to come down and bring my odometer statement to meet with finance to get the prorated refund submitted !
This review is only for the service department ... Absolutely 100% horrible ... Called 2 days ahead of time and was told " Yes we can do that and yes we have all the parts".... Bullshizzz .... I dropped my vehicle off at 7am for 2 key fobs,one spare key, rotate the tires. And here is the big one ... Replace the transmission cooler lines .... Over 9 hrs .... 9 damn hours ... Why ... They said they sold the parts ... WTH ... And one is on the way ... Never again will I return and keep your free oil change ...
