“Won” a TV from their flier. I never buy into these marketing schemes usually but this looked legit after reading terms and conditions. Got there and it was a bait and switch. Irritated that I had my time wasted if their ads are dishonest I would hate to see what buying a car from them would be like. Would NOT advise anyone to buy a car from this dealership. They were great till we got home and had questions for the finance department. KC is the worst finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. Will not be back and advise people to go other places for vehicle purchases.
The finance department is horrible we have called and called and left messages regarding our purchase and not one person can return a call in a week? 3 times we've left messages. DON'T TRUST THEM!!
Only good experience I’ve had was purchasing my vehicle. Service department sucks. I’ve had to go in multiple times to have things done because they didn’t listen to what I wanted done the first time. Wouldn’t suggest this dealership for anything unless you want a headache, unfair treatment, and to waste money. Disgusting

I live in northern Utah and found the exact vehicle I wanted. I called last night to make sure they had it and told them I was from out of state. They said they did and to come down. I booked two nights at a hotel room so I would have the time to work everything out. Today when I called to get the information for my loan they said that the person I talked to was mistaken and that it was sold two weeks ago. they have thieves working in the service department management making excuses for thieves that work there . i will never use them to service my vehicle again
