Sales department is great. Service department sucks. I had to bring my Jeep in multiple times since I bought it 8/2019. It’s new and the items have been minor but the problem is it takes multiple visits and hours wasted to get them to do anything. Their reps who check you in are nice but I don’t believe the service people do the work they claim. Example, and I have multiple, I brought my Jeep in for a leak in the Windshield washer tank. They are an untrustworthy business that have no problem making sleazy deals.
Don't lie to the customers, promise things you can't fulfill and learn how to return a call!! Very frustrating 🤬
