What a bunch of low-life no-class a**holes! Zero effort to communicate with customers. And good luck reaching management -- even though they list contact info on the website. Been hostage to their b*****t since dropping the car off on Wednesday. It feels like we'll never get it back.
Buying a car no problem. We have bought 4 in the last 2 years. But service in the service department is terrible. It’s convenient but I think it is time to look for a new dealership to service my Jeep.

-Tyrone was great help and I will recommend him to everyone. -They are not commission based so no "pushy" sales tactics.
They never answer their phones. No one ever gets back to you. They promised me factory style leather within 2 weeks of purchasing the truck it’s now been 3 months and I still can’t get ahold of anyone. I paid $2,000.00 extra for this leather upgrade and they don’t care about service anymore because they already got my money.
*****DO NOT BUY A PRE OWNED CERTIFIED VEHICLE FROM THIS GROUP***** Adam took his truck which is a certified pre owned RAM 1500 to this dealer on August 17th and they still have yet to diagnose the issue of a slippage in the propeller shaft and the fact that they wanted to charge him 1200 dollars to replace a cruise control that had been previously marked as inspected and certified. Jose bonilla sales manger was rude and yelling at my wife and I, saying hes been there 14 hours with out eating with high blood pressure was his excuse for his behavior
It is a very long story but it comes down to this. These guys are the best scam artists in Las Vegas. I don't care what a friend says or another review says, do not buy from Sahara!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL BURN YOU!!!!

I bought a truck last month from them. Overall the experience was fine. If you are buying a vehicle from a dealership you have to expect the add one and other sales tactics. One of the add ons was an aftermarket alarm for $599. I was told the item could not be removed because it was already installed. Fine, not a big deal.
