Service Department is HORRIBLE. Service advisor Rob is extremely clueless as to what is getting done to your car. 58k suv 2 weeks old and they can’t find the problem.

Do not buy an extended warranty with this dealership. I have purchased warranties in the past and was always able to get my money back when I would trade in the vehicle. This dealership sold me a $3000 warranty and when I traded in the vehicle shortly after I applied for the refund of the warranty money and the dealership who was paid my $3000 refused to give me any money back. This dealership service department is NOT RELIABLE! After several times of letting them know my car was not running good they kept saying “it doesn’t do it here”. They changed a part that didn’t fix the problem, now that they’ve had my car for 2 weeks and are refusing to work on it because “the coverage expired a few a weeks”. Now I have to pay? Don’t bring your cars here!!
Don't rip[ people off and charge them for fake repairs. I hope DMV does their job and puts someone in jail for consumer fraud.
Service people were great, but after booking an appointment for a recall 3 weeks in advance and confirming one week prior to make sure all parts were in to do the work ... when I went in NO PARTS WERE THERE !!! I’m on a road trip and now have to wait 2-3 months for the recall to get completed back home. The most disappointing experience ever!!
