Dec 26 I walked in with $6000 cash & wanted to check out a Burgundy jeep Cherokee, so I asked RUBEN VALLEJO if he can bring it from the other lot or call me when it's on the property, His answer was why don't you come when you have more time, I was ready then RUNEN VALLEJO, I don't understand what just happened.
I know it's been a flew weeks, however I wanted to take this time to thank Adam J. Arendt. My child needed a car, and lives in Las Vegas. Car shopping alone can be a daunting task, but in vegas it's like drowning in an ocean, and as a parent you want to be there for them for everything. Everyone is so nice here...Bought my Truck from here just over a year ago...And been having my truck serviced here all the time...Wait time is always fast...And they also have a driver to take you home if you don’t want to wait...
I am really disappointed with my experience at Sahara Dodge this time. So much so, there won’t be another time. I spent almost 3k in repairs to my car and asked them when I dropped it off to please wash it. Well it was ready on Saturday - no one told me - so I had to wait all weekend for my car and guess what else??? It was returned to me FILTHY - so tired of crap like this!!! Why doesn’t anyone do what they say they will?
