Do NOT use this company! I called and scheduled an appointment and the installer called me a couple days before and said that "they messed up my schedule and I actually asked for that day off" I told him that I asked for that day off too so he can come install but that is fine. He then asked me "what day do you want me to come next week, your pick" so I picked Monday at 11:00 A.M. but explained to him that I will be asking for that day off so he I would appreciate if he could make sure he is there. Refused service to a disabled Veteran. Installer failed to show up twice after two confirmations he then changed our time at 7AM without even calling to tell us and said we failed to show. Refusing service to a disabled veteran and being a so called "Veteran Run Business" is not how they present themselves. DO NOT USE THEM GO ELSEWHERE AS THEY REFUSE TO SERVE DISABLED VETS. Honor prices quoted and show up when you say you will.
For a rack I'd bought 2+ years earlier, when I finally went to install it, I found I never received box #2. I called in, they found my documentation and shipped that box out within 2 days. Great customer service and, now installed, great product.
The installer (Cliff)came out to install overhead racks in my garage. He backed in my driveway with half of his van on my grass. I asked him to move and he said he already was on the grass what’s the bid deal. He broke my sprinkler head while driving on my grass. I called him the next day when I noticed sand in my driveway. It’s like I had to beg going back and fourth with him about what he did. He stated the sprinkler was broke before he drove over it.
