I ordered my racks Feb 28th. i have not received a tracking number for shipping. i have tried to contact the business but no one answers the phone. I would highly recommend not ordering from this company. They are selling products they do not have in stock.....spoke with representative on Mar 9. Cancelled the order. March 11. Still no refund. Dispute filed with my bank.
Everybody must be on extended vacation...several attempts to communicate with SafeRacks has gone unanswered. STILL waiting for my order to ship, it's been over 6 weeks now.
The racks are very sturdy but we had screws that didn't match the nuts, had to redrill some holes to allow for oversized screws, and the instructions didn't match the materials sent. That was the first rack. We bought 7. One of our boxes was the wrong color. Our initial order showed up very fast and they were really quick to send an invoice to retrieve the misship. I ordered my racks at the beginning of January and it almost the end of February, no racks but sure enough they charged me for em.
I want a real answer not the run around I’ve been getting for 2 weeks. I paid for an ordered on January 2nd 7am your time & still have not gotten a shipping confirmation!! 24 days later!! you can look up my order #982782 I just placed another order before the sale ends. Great product HORRIBLE SERVICE! DON’T BUY. There are plenty of other racks with great service.
Placed order 5 days ago. It is still processing. Tried to call them. Stayed on the line for 30+ minutes, looks like nobody is caring about their customers. I regret that I did not look at this page with reviews.
I have been trying to reach out to them at their Customer Service number for several days. No one answers the phone. Hopefully I will get some results here. I also sent an email a week ago and nothing.
Been trying to get in touch with SafeRacks for 2 weeks now...placed order on 12/26...reached out via phone and email - no one responding to either....getting ready to cancel my order through Amex if i don't hear from them...does anyone have a good contact number for this company?
