Troy arrived on time and did the installation quickly and cleanly. Installation was a little tricky due to low stucco ceiling, but he found studs and did a good job.

Our rack worked out perfect as we needed more space for our small 2 car garage. Installed by Chuck who called 2 days early and had a spot open. No mess and looks nice. Installer did a good job.

I called up on October 4th and scheduled an installation for October 9th. The installer Rod called me up to confirm the appointment and set the time between 7-8am. At 7:54am I receive a text message from him that states he has been stuck in traffic for 2 hours and didn't know if he was going to make it or had to reschedule. I have friends and neighbors that have this product and I had high expectations. I also know the importance of a proper installation for something that will be supporting the amount of weight these are rated for. I purchased the 8' x 3' rack and had the SafeRacks local installer perform the installation. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
Purchased from Costco. Used a SafeRack installer with a discount coupon. No issues with installation and racks work as expected. No surprises. What more can you ask for?!?!
