I know everyone raves about these HIGH quality storage racks, but that's not what I received. From the start two of the racks were damaged and if these are so sturdy, I feel this shouldn't have happened!! In my kit comes the lag bolts from SafeRacks, I received 3 bent ones that truly couldn't be used - not only the bolt was bent but the head on these stopped me from even trying. They sent me new panels and even those are bent, their packaging is not up to par, needs better packages instead of having a bunch of bent and broke... read more

Ridiculous service! Still waiting for installer to come. No communication whatsoever. Scheduled a month ago and was told they would call to confirm. No call. Called to confirm for a Monday (today) and was told they would call on Sunday to confirm time. No call and Monday morning no call either. Got a hold and got a time frame of between 10 and 11 and they are not sure they have the racks we asked for! It's past noon and I have wasted my time waiting. I ordered 6 racks but only received 3. I've emailed without a response and finally spoke to someone last week who said he would get back to me within 48 hours. Of course that didn't happen. I called this morning, only to wait over an hour with no one ever answering the phone. It would be ok if someone would just tell me truth...is it on backorder? Never order from this company! Leo the customer sevice manager...what a joke... will hang up on you. I have been waiting two weeks for the four by eight racks that I need to complete my installation, I have all the other pieces and I cannot get any answers except for the rote 3 to 5 business days excuse. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER COMPLETE!

Because of the way my garage is built I need a longer ceiling bracket. I called support and they said they would send them to me at no charge. They wanted to look up my order number. I told him I didn't purchase them directly through them but from another vendor, and I have my receipt if needed. They said they would have to charge me for them. Ordered from them directly. Received one of two packages. Tracking number for second said "cancelled by sender". Been calling for 4 days and all I get is "it's being looked into". They refuse to send second half and require I pay shipping to return my unusable portion. This is a very bad company to work with. I cannot recommend them at all. Can't say anything about their rack as they have refused to send me the other half.

I purchased two racks online yesterday but need to have some idea of when they will be delivered. I received a confirmation notification with an order number but no email and no estimate of when they will be delivered. I called your toll free number last night wanting to know if there is a way they can be delivered locally since I would like to have them sometime next week.
