RecommendedWe had bought 2 Safe Racks and paid for the install, worth every penny. Buying 2 more when they go on sale at Costco in Jan 2015.
I got a 1 4x8, 4x6, 3x8, 3x6 and a 3x4. I live in the Seattle area and Chris was my installer he was very professional and helped me get my garage back in order. Highly recommend Safe Racks.
Completely agree with Malorey. This company needs to find a new installer in Orlando. I called three weeks ago and today, 7/21, was the first appointment they could offer me. I patiently waited and then received the call this morning that the installer "has to unload product all day today" and couldn't make it. He was to get back to me so we "could work something out" and he hasn't called me and isn't answering his phone. I called corporate but received voice mail. They have not returned my call either. They may have a great product but there customer service and care is horrible!!! I'm located in Orlando Fl and have had an appointment for over a month now...got a call yesterday that they were trying to cancel my appointment because they didn't have the supplies needed to do the install not sure if I believe that or that someone had others plans and just didn't want to work on a Saturday but nevertheless after I said that wasn't acceptable he said ok he would be at my home around 130pm well here we are over an hour later no... read more

I had 3 4x8 Racks installed Friday Afternoon. It's like adding an attic to the garage. Great solid product. I also want to thank Kevin Gibbs who did the install in MN. Provided quick quality service and helped me figure out the best configuration for my garage.
