They were right on time. And it was quick to install. Craig was fantastic and I would recommend safe racks to everyone. We are very pleased.
Price was great. Installer was very professional and gave me great advice on how to situate them to get the most storage space. I would definitely recommend this company if you need additional storage space in your garage.
RecommendedI ordered 4 4x8 racks and had them installed. Had to wait about 4 weeks for installation but well worth the wait. Excellent product! Now I have lot's of storage space.
The installation was very quick. The installer did a great job and was in and out in 30 minutes. The rack held a great deal of stuff. We are considering add an additional rack.
My experience with my install was excellent!. My installer was on time and installed my racks with confidence and in the time he said it would take. His job was clean. I would recommend this company for any service you should need done. My hanging racks look great!.
Ordered racks from Costco, was going to install myself but received a $25 off installation coupon. That was enough for me to not have to deal with it! :) My installer called the day before the service and set up the time, he was a little early-even better cause it was a Friday. Installed, explained how to use and was on his way. Great service and love having my garage back!
I ordered two 4' X 8' white racks and was very pleased with both the installation and racks. The installer showed up on time and spent about 3 hours doing the job. I took time to explain where I wanted them installed and the distance down from the ceiling and he did the work according to my directions. This is a great way to use normally useless space in the garage. Glad I made the choice to use this product.
Service was horrible. Installer by the name of Diego came to complete installation and was very rude. After not being pleased with location he wanted to install I told him to cancel job. He took items down and was very rude allowing them to fall on the garage floor near my bike. I will not use Saferacks nor their installers!
The first installer looked at the job and after about an hour, quit and said he just started with the company and that he was not trained to do the job. The second installer was excellent and completed the job like a pro!
