We had SafeRacks installed in our garage and it has not only given us more space on the floor, but a ton more storage area with the hanging racks. I can buy more stuff! We’ve moved our 5 bikes in the garage now because all the boxes and misc things that were on the floor are now up in the racks. The installer was on time, pleasant, easy to work with and did a fantastic job. I recommend SafeRacks to neighbors friends and family all the time. Very happy.
Called for installation per Costco instructions. Other reviews said they had theirs installed within days of making appointment. I called this supposed national company and she said next appointment was Oct. 13th. Today is Sept. 5th. More than a month?!? What kind of national company is this? I bought 3 from Costco. Going to return them as this company obviously doesn't have sufficient staffing for installation of their products. Kind of makes you wonder about a company that can't support its products.
Awesome customer service. I was having issues with rafter spacing and they sent me longer brackets at no charge!
We were all set to have SafeRacks come today to install one 4x8 rack. They called this morning to tell my husband that they “ran out” of racks. This is unacceptable. How do you run out of racks AND not know until the day of? Finding a different company.
Installation went pretty smooth and I am very happy with the racks.

First off I will say that I have had these installed in 2 other homes and I love them. The problem is I called today to set up an installation and they said it would be over a month before the one lone installer for SOCAL could get to me!! SERIOUSLY! 1 single installer for all of Southern California? How can you seriously have only 1 guy installing. Oh well your loss is some other companies gain. I don’t know who this company contracts with for utilizing installers, but as a business, you’d think you want respectful and professional people representing your business.... at any level! Not this company. We ordered a couple racks from their website and were told an installer would contact us soon. That “soon” became two weeks AFTER our rack arrived, with it was a week after ordering.
