We ordered a shelving unit (regular, not ceiling-mount) through Costco on May 15. When all packages arrived (shipped piecemeal), we found parts that were damaged, parts that were defective, and parts that were missing entirely. This company needs to improve their customer service. I've called maybe 15 times, on hold for over 2 + hours and been asked to be put in call queue, they would call back and have me leave a voice mail. I've left several messages and have not been called back. I ordered product through Costco and only have received half of the order. I placed an order over a week ago and no communication if my order has shipped. I have tried calling there customer service department several times and no response. I’ve currently been on hold now for over 2hours with no response. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I bought the racks from the company's website. Below is the email I sent to Saferack. It is now 6/7/20 and I have not received a response. I have not opened the boxes so I cannot speak to the quality of the product but as for the company’s customer service, it is absolutely disgusting. I placed an online order on 5/23/20 and your company charged my Credit Card for $739.98. I didn't receive an email confirmation. For a week I've been trying to call. I've requested call backs. Nothing. I've left voice mails. Nothing. I don't know how to reach your company to see if this is a fraud that needs reported. I just want to know if my order is real, what my confirmation number is and an eta for shipment.
