Safelight is a joke. 5th time not a charm. 1st appt- wrong windshield. 2nd- windshield scratched. 3rd- same scratched windshield, they had to order one from north carolina, 4th they cancelled, 5th (today) SAME DAMN SCRATCHED WINDSHIELD. WTFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be going with a different company. I should have after the 2nd same scratched windshield.
I called most every auto glass repair shop it town! Safelite had the best prices, however even more so, the best technician! Justin Gagne is so professional, and diligent. Checking to make sure everything is tip top shape before leaving. He honestly makes your company shine and I believe giving credit where credit is due! If companies truly pride themselves on being the best then having these types of employees will surely make it happen!
I had a 10:30 appointment... no waiting. The procedure was explained to me before the work began. Super fast! Did an outstanding job!!
Excellent service, and cleaned my windows. They also offer wiper blades and I needed some so they took care of that too. They come to you work or home.
They really really suck. My windshield was broken by a rock that flew off the interstate. It has been over 30 days 3 wrong windshields no they are at the wrong location. Don’t ever use them I am now taking my vehicle to the dealership.
I had my van windshield replaced by Patrick and he was extremely polite, took us in ahead of our scheduled appointment and completed the job within an hour. Cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the entire vehicle. Highly recommend their service. Thanks again Patrick.
