I made an appointment on the 28th and took the day off, the 6th, for it. Foolishly I made it in the afternoon so I wouldn’t be rushed in the am. Well I got a call (voicemail) at 7:45 am saying I’ll be late. Ok, not too big of a deal. Except it’s now 6:30pm and I haven’t heard anything else. This is a chip fill. Underimpressed to say the least.
RecommendedMy windshield work was great, beautiful work. Clean, professional, if I didn’t know that I had the work done, I would think it was the original glass, Except it doesn’t have a crack going halfway across now.

RecommendedI had my windshield repaired today at this location (Jacksonville). Everyone there was so friendly and polite. It was easy to see that customer service is important to all their employees. I would highly recommend them for any windshield/glass work you need.

RecommendedMade an appointment for a windshield replacement through my insurance company. Safelite arrived on time for their scheduled appointment at my house. In fact, they arrived right at 8am, when the appointment said they could arrive any time between 8am and 12pm. Installers were friendly, respectful and did a great job. They finished in the expected time they told me (~1.5 hours). My experience was very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate using them again!

Well I had a broken windshield. I had to make an appointment at SafeliteJacksonville shop. They would not change the 2014 Prius windshield in my driveway because of the radar calibration. I was also told my insurance would cover it though I explained it wouldn’t I don’t have comprehensive. It didn’t. After waiting 2 hours outside with no seating I was told they didn’t have the software to calibrate my ten year old model. I was told I would have to take to the local dealer.
