Treat potential customers like human beings
The Installer was very late in arriving and was not very comfortable in doing the new windshield install. Didn't know how to open the hood of the vehicle and was not very cordial. The windshield wipers do not work now after the new windshield was installed. Would not recommend them at all.
RecommendedMy experience with Springfield Safelite was less than expected. I scheduled Safelite to replace my rear windshield on my Honda Pilot. First, the tech scratched up my rear tailgate. It looked like tool marks that had been used to pull the glass out. Upon inspection of the work, I then noticed that the rubber windshield dam had been removed and not replaced.
