I was able to set up my appointment in two days. My appointment went great! I was in and out their office in 30 minutes. Staff was top notch, friendly and efficient. Free snacks, sodas, coffee and water in the lobby was an added plus! They made the experience of taking a rock to my windshield and repairing it more pleasant than I imagined. Great job!

Jereme did an awesome job on my windshield replacement. He even washed all the windows and vacuumed by car out as well. Great customer service and it looks great!
Safelite gouged my paint, and did a horrible installation. Left garbage all in the car and in the parking lot. Scratched the dash, and tech kept putting tools on sunroof ultimately doing damage there as well. Safelite is supposed to be best of the best, this was the worst windshield install I ever had done. Then they asked me to drive it to their shop for evaluation?!? You are in the service industry! You are supposed to come to me! Especially if you're evaluating your screw up!
Absolutely the worst !! A month ago I was supposed to have my windshield replaced. After the 4th reschedule I had my insurance change the facility. Had Lee & Cates do a professional and great job within 2 days of my call. And yes, Lee &Cates has mobile services. NEVER will recommend or use Safelite again.

Great job! Replaced my cracked windshield, cleaned all my glass, and vacuumed my floorboards. Looks brand new, like it never happened. Very friendly staff, also. 10/10, would recommend!
