RecommendedThey replaced my windshield two years ago, repaired a chip last year, and just repaired another one. No problems getting an appointment, the work was done as promised, and with friendly service.
Don’t use safelite.... if your insurance company gives you the option, take it somewhere else. They damaged my vehicle, the tech called his supervisor while on-site and supposedly he was on vacation and the supervisor on duty was going to call me back that day, never did! So I called in on the 800 number and there was nothing noted on my claim that they had done even done any damage to my vehicle! I also have the tar stuff they use all over the windshield. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This location caused damage to the vehicle ! Was sent to the body shop to be “repaired” and during this time HUNDREDS of DOLLARS worth of items was stolen out of our vehicle . They rummaged through everything in the car . They are taking zero responsibility for what has happen ! Corporate is taking zero responsibility for this and is covering for these crooked people !
Got my windshield replaced last Wednesday, rained all weekend, car is full of water and headliner is screwed up. I called the number and can't even talk to someone it's all automated.
scheduled an appointment for 10:00 Monday morning. I show up they take my truck in the back 10 minutes later I wait outside for 45 minutes for them to just come outside and tell me they don't have the glass and they need to reschedule me.well I already took off work on a Monday morning to get my glass done and drove all the way to you just for them to say sorry. find a new glass company or go to a different Safelite
