Today I was traveling out of town, as I was on the interstate headed into Jacksonville my entire back window flew out of my car onto the interstate missing a semi. I had my children in the car with me and was a frantic mess. I drove to the closest place which was here on a Saturday 30 min before they were fixing to close. Thomas and several people were so nice to me and found a glass window and had it put in within 20 minutes! I am so grateful for everyone there today! They were a true blessing!
So far I've had a miserable experience 1st they brought the wrong glass for my vehicle, and second time around they installed it created damage to my window cowl, and my windshield wiper wouldn't work. And now a couple days ago the first rain since the install water got into my motor and now I have to get it replaced. Still haven't heard back from management � I have a modified motor and it's gonna cost 5-7k to fix or replace
Worst experience ever..took them 3 times to replace windshield correctly. 1st tech they sent out looked like he was 16 and did a very poor job. So sad they advertise a great experience and deliver such an inferior experience. Next time we will call Lee and Cates!
I called at 2:15 today to cancel my 3:00 appointment. I ended up being able to keep my original 3:00 and once here, @ 2:30, the front desk young man said that they already filled my original 3:00 appointment.......really????? In 20 minutes you filled my appointment......30 minutes ahead of schedule?????? I'll send my business to a local company that isn't too big for their customers! I'll never be back and I will share my ridiculous experience with my social media friends and family...........Looser's.
My insurance company sent them out twice. The first time the window leaked and they never cleaned up the mess they made. The second time when they came to take the window out and reseal it, the guy scratched my car and covered the scratch with the black stuff they use to seal the window. And as the other guy he didn't clean up his mess. Poor workmanship and I will never ever us them again.
Very professional and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend to anyone.
Absolutely the worst company in the world!!!! 3 times....yes 3 times and its still not right!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!
