I’m very disappointed. I arrive between 5to10 minutes before my 1:00PM SCHEDULED appointment. It’s now 4:46PM and I’m still sitting here waiting. At 3:30 I asked the clerk what was taking so long and was told the wrong windshield had been ordered. Why didn’t someone tell me LONG before I asked? I should have been afforded the opportunity to reschedule. What if I had to pick up a child from school? This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s been well over half a work day and a waste of my personal time off!
My experience was great. I scheduled the appointment online. Kyler arrived at the beginning of the 8-12 window given and professionally replaced my F-350 windshield. It was the exact replacement and I am very pleased. The rubber seal on the first windshield was distorted and Kyler had another brought out quickly by another Safelite professional technician, Ballard and they worked professionally as a team to expedite the installation. It looks great. I would easily recommend both of these techs to anyone.
Unfulfilled appointment due to miscommunication with the Geico insurance company that referred me to Safelite. They never called me until I called my insurance to confirm my appointment that never happened. They never told me that it would time to order an OEM glass for my car. WASTED MY TIME AND EFFORT. Really pissed

Normally I don't rant but as many of you know Alex my son is leaving for college in the morning. Do not use Safe lite to get ur windshield fixed. I have had the worst experience. 1st the repair was schedule of Tuesday they never showed. I spoke to someone today who guaranteed some would be out today btwn 12 and 5. And of course they close at 5. Something told me to call back around and 4. Low and behold we are now being told we are not guaranteed to have it done today. Went with Safelite through insurance and made an appointment on July 22 for windshield repair on August 3. Just got a call cancelling my appointment because they were overbooked. Why wait until the day before?!?! I DO NOT recommend Safelite to anyone!! Lee&Cates from here on out!!
Over 2 month Of incompetency and now they just install my windshield today with scratches on it so now I have to wait for another 7 days just to get a new windshield They've also canceled order my windshield But forgot the molding how do you forget that aren't you on auto glass company isn't that what you do isn't their systems in place that tell you what you need for the job I called my insurance company and complained I also called and complained to safelight as well I do not even understand how they are in business with t... read more
